Alpha Sun Sunflower Oil Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions govern the Alpha Sun Sunflower Oil competition (the “Competition”). 1.2 By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to all residents of [Country], aged 18 years or older. 2.2 Employees of Alpha Sun Sunflower Oil, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

8. General Conditions

8.1 The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Competition, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Competition. 8.2 The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Competition or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Competition or receipt or use of any prize.

10. Disputes

10.1 Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Competition or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in [Location]; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Competition, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
